How we work
- Delivery: free tracked UK delivery on every order, usually 10–14 days. Delivery policy
- Returns: return any unworn item with tags within 14 days for a full refund. Refund policy
- Secure checkout: payments are processed securely by Shopify. We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.
- Customer service: real people, replying by email within 1 working day (Monday to Saturday).
