Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on theknitroomuk.com ("the website"), operated by The Knit Room ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

1. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error) and will refund you in full if we do.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Products

We try to show every product's colour and details accurately, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Sizes are listed on each product page; if you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays.

5. Returns and your right to cancel

You can cancel your order and return items as described in our Refund Policy. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right.

6. Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
